Our Next Spotlight of the month is Ellen Cola!
Ellen is spotlighted for her ability to go above and beyond in the black community at Brown. She is president of the NAACP chapter on Brown’s campus. She is also a student caller at the Brown Annual Fund. She is a minority peer counselor and is involved in the Women in Business club on campus. But wait there’s more! She does research on campus! Last summer she did an UTRA, and talked at the CSSJ last fall. Off campus, she is a member of the Emmanuel Seventh Day Adventist Church.
In Ellen’s free time she enjoys watching tv, and listening to Nicki Minaj. She enjoys spending time with the people she loves. She has been a vegetarian for 5 years, and enjoys watching vegan/vegetarian videos on Youtube. She has been a vegetarian for 5 years! Lastly, she loves to double dutch when it is warm outside.
