WHAT WE DO
Black In Business at Brown (BIBB) is a tight-knit community that strives to assist black students with pre-professional counseling and resources in the hope of inspiring members to pursue business-related roles in finance, consulting, technology, entrepreneurship, sales, and marketing. The organization supports students throughout the recruitment process with programs such as resumé workshops, mock interviews and networking events with corporate partners.

OUR MISSION
Business-related fields can often appear daunting and overwhelming. Thus, Black In Business At Brown aims to provide tailored support, so that black students can truly gain a deeper knowledge of various fields of business, while also connecting with other black people succeeding in these fields.
BIBB strives to broaden the pipeline of black students into business roles by supporting undergraduates as they navigate the recruitment process, allowing them to reach their career goals and succeed in the corporate arena.
